Coaching Agreement & Disclosure
Effective August 28, 2026
This is the current Coaching Agreement & Disclosure (version coaching-agreement-2026-08-28-v2). Each coaching cycle requires acceptance of the version that is current at the time of enrollment. Version coaching-agreement-2026-08-28-v2 updates a contact email address only; its substantive terms are identical to version coaching-agreement-2026-08-28, so an acceptance of that version remains valid and no re-acceptance is required.
Effective Date: August 28, 2026 · Last Updated: August 28, 2026 · Version coaching-agreement-2026-08-28-v2
This Coaching Agreement & Disclosure ("Agreement") describes the relationship between you ("Client") and Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC ("Drop Protocol") when you purchase or participate in personalized coaching services. "Drop Protocol & Vitality" is the consumer-facing brand name of Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC.
Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling.
1. Nature of the Coaching Relationship
Drop Protocol provides personalized wellness coaching, education, planning, accountability, and lifestyle guidance.
The coaching process may consider areas including:
- Biomarkers
- Nutrition
- Training
- Recovery
- Lifestyle
- Supplement strategy
- Performance
- Body composition
- Overall vitality and quality of life
The purpose of coaching is to help you better understand relevant information, establish individualized strategies, implement those strategies in real life, measure progress, and refine your approach over time.
2. Coaching Is Not Medical Care
Drop Protocol coaching is not medical care.
Drop Protocol does not provide through this coaching relationship:
- Medical diagnosis
- Treatment of disease
- Prescription medication
- Modification of prescription medication
- Emergency medical services
- Physical therapy
- Medical nutrition therapy
- Replacement for care from a licensed healthcare professional
Laboratory information may be reviewed for educational and coaching context, but Drop Protocol does not diagnose disease or medically treat laboratory abnormalities.
You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate medical care from qualified licensed professionals.
3. Founder & Coach Disclosure
Drop Protocol coaching is provided from a practical coaching, education, and lived-experience perspective.
The Founder & Coach does not represent himself as a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional unless such credentials are expressly stated in writing.
Drop Protocol does not rely on implied medical credentials in marketing or delivery of its coaching services.
4. The Drop Protocol Approach
The coaching methodology follows:
Assess → Build → Execute → Measure → Refine
The process considers the individual as a whole rather than treating nutrition, training, recovery, lifestyle, supplements, and biomarkers as isolated areas.
The coaching strategy may address six primary foundations:
- Biomarkers
- Nutrition
- Training
- Recovery
- Lifestyle
- Supplement Strategy
The specific priorities and recommendations vary by client.
5. Required Initial Assessment
Personalized Coaching requires completion of the:
Biomarker Assessment & Personalized Protocol
Current fee:
$350
The assessment establishes the initial context and strategy for coaching.
Laboratory testing is purchased separately and is not included in the $350 assessment fee.
6. Personalized Coaching
Personalized Coaching is:
$450 Per Month
and begins with a:
Three-Month Minimum Commitment
A new coaching enrollment therefore consists of:
$800 Due at Enrollment
Followed by:
Total initial assessment plus three-month coaching commitment:
$1,700
Laboratory testing is separate.
7. Three-Month Financial Commitment
By enrolling in Personalized Coaching, Client understands and agrees that the initial coaching relationship is a three-month commitment.
Monthly payment of the coaching portion is a payment arrangement for the committed coaching cycle and does not make the initial coaching engagement month-to-month.
Choosing to stop participating before the end of the committed cycle does not automatically eliminate the remaining financial obligation for the agreed cycle, subject to applicable law or a written exception approved by Drop Protocol.
8. No Automatic Month-4 Renewal
The initial coaching cycle does:
Not Automatically Renew Into Month 4.
After successful completion of the initial cycle, automatic coaching billing stops.
Continued coaching requires the applicable reassessment process and approval for another coaching cycle.
A future coaching cycle creates a new three-month commitment that must be separately authorized.
9. Quarterly Reassessment
To continue coaching after a completed three-month coaching cycle (three calendar-month billing periods), Client must complete the applicable:
Quarterly Biomarker Reassessment & Protocol Update
Current fee:
$350
Updated laboratory testing is also required and purchased separately.
Continuation may require:
- Updated laboratory testing
- Review of updated laboratory information
- $350 reassessment payment
- Review of progress and priorities
- Updated protocol
- Approval for another coaching cycle
Payment of the reassessment fee alone does not automatically enroll Client in another coaching cycle.
10. Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing is an important component of the Drop Protocol assessment process but is purchased separately.
Drop Protocol may recommend Goodlabs as a convenient independent testing pathway.
Goodlabs is not owned or operated by Drop Protocol and is not mandatory.
Clients may provide sufficiently current laboratory results from another legitimate provider when those results satisfy the applicable baseline requirements.
Drop Protocol determines through human review whether submitted laboratory information provides sufficient baseline information for the applicable assessment.
11. Biomarker Review
Biomarker information is considered alongside other relevant factors such as:
- Goals
- Nutrition
- Training
- Recovery
- Lifestyle
- Supplement strategy
- Progress
Biomarker review within Drop Protocol coaching is educational and coaching-oriented.
It is not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients should discuss medical concerns, abnormal laboratory findings, medication decisions, and medical treatment with an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
12. Nutrition Coaching
Personalized Coaching may include individualized:
- Total daily calorie targets
- Protein targets
- Carbohydrate targets
- Fat targets
- Strategic nutrition recommendations
- Adjustments based on progress and coaching goals
Drop Protocol does not provide recipe libraries or prescribed menus as a standard coaching deliverable.
Nutrition coaching is educational and wellness-oriented and is not medical nutrition therapy.
13. Training
Personalized Coaching may include an individualized exercise program based on factors such as:
- Goals
- Experience
- Available training time
- Equipment
- Current capabilities
- Relevant physical limitations
- Recovery
- Progress
Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risk.
Client is responsible for exercising within their capabilities, using appropriate technique and equipment, and seeking appropriate medical or professional evaluation when necessary.
Drop Protocol exercise programming is not physical therapy or medical rehabilitation.
14. Supplement Strategy
Personalized Coaching may include review and education concerning supplement strategy.
The objective may include helping Client:
- Review current supplement use
- Evaluate priorities
- Simplify unnecessary complexity
- Individualize a strategy
- Adjust the strategy over time
Supplement-related coaching is educational.
Drop Protocol does not prescribe medication or direct Client to discontinue or alter prescribed medication.
Client should involve an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when medical care, prescription medication, health conditions, or other circumstances make professional medical input appropriate.
15. Weekly Coaching & Accountability
Ongoing coaching may include weekly check-ins addressing areas such as:
- Energy
- Sleep
- Training
- Nutrition
- Stress
- Body weight where relevant
- Training completion
- Progress
- Challenges
- Questions
- Needed adjustments
Client understands that useful coaching depends in part on timely and accurate participation.
Failure to complete check-ins or implement agreed strategies may limit the usefulness of coaching.
16. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information
- Complete required intake information
- Complete applicable laboratory testing
- Communicate honestly about progress and challenges
- Participate reasonably in check-ins
- Use personal judgment
- Exercise within personal capabilities
- Seek medical care when appropriate
- Maintain account security
- Pay agreed fees when due
Client remains responsible for decisions concerning Client's own health, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise, supplement use, and medical care.
17. Results
Drop Protocol does not guarantee specific results.
Individual outcomes vary based on numerous factors including:
- Starting point
- Biology
- Consistency
- Adherence
- Nutrition
- Training
- Recovery
- Sleep
- Lifestyle
- Other individual circumstances
The coaching relationship provides strategy, education, programming, support, and accountability but cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
18. Payments
Payment is currently accepted by card, processed through our payment processor, Stripe.
Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC may make additional payment methods available at its discretion. No other payment method is available unless Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC specifically makes it available to Client.
If a non-card payment method is specifically made available, that payment must be received and verified by Drop Protocol before it is treated as paid. Submitting a payment confirmation or reference does not by itself establish payment.
Client is responsible for amounts due under the agreed three-month coaching commitment.
19. Failed Recurring Payments
If a scheduled coaching payment fails, the account may enter:
Payment Past Due
During an applicable retry period, coaching access may remain available.
If the payment remains unresolved, coaching may become:
Coaching Paused: Payment Required
A coaching cycle ending because of unpaid amounts is not treated as a successfully completed coaching cycle.
Previously delivered documents are not automatically deleted because of a payment-related pause.
20. Early Cancellation
Client may request to stop participating at any time.
However, because the initial coaching engagement is a three-month commitment, stopping participation does not automatically eliminate remaining amounts due for the committed cycle.
Drop Protocol may approve a written exception based on individual circumstances.
Nothing in this Agreement eliminates rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Communication
Coaching communications may occur through the Drop Protocol client portal and other communication methods made available by Drop Protocol.
Client should not use coaching communications for emergencies.
Drop Protocol does not provide emergency medical services.
For an emergency or urgent medical concern, Client should contact appropriate emergency or licensed medical services.
22. Confidentiality and Privacy
Drop Protocol handles Client information according to the Drop Protocol & Vitality Privacy Policy.
Client should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information, laboratory reports, or other documents.
23. Personalized Materials
Protocols, training programs, nutrition targets, educational materials, and other personalized materials are intended for Client's personal use.
Client may retain copies for personal records but may not sell, commercially distribute, or represent Drop Protocol materials as Client's own work without authorization.
24. Relationship to Other Terms

Where a material conflict exists between this Agreement and the Terms of Service on a coaching-specific matter, this Agreement controls for that matter.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive or limit any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
27. Dispute Resolution and Venue
Before commencing litigation, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. Client may begin that process by writing to contact@dropvitality.com, and the parties should allow a reasonable informal period of at least 30 days from that notice unless urgent or equitable relief is reasonably necessary.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue available remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by applicable law, such disputes should be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in the State of Missouri.
This Agreement does not require arbitration, does not waive any right to a jury trial, and does not waive participation in class or representative proceedings.
28. Limitation of Liability and Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drop Protocol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss or damage arising from:
- Misuse of coaching or educational information
- A decision not to seek, or a delay in seeking, appropriate professional or medical care

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC arising out of or relating to a particular service or agreement will not exceed the amount actually paid by Client to Drop Protocol & Vitality LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the applicable service period.
Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Client is responsible for third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Client's unlawful conduct, misuse of the services or Drop Protocol materials, material violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service, knowingly false or materially misleading information supplied by Client, or infringement or misuse caused by materials Client supplies.
This section does not apply to Drop Protocol's own intentional misconduct, to liability that applicable law prohibits shifting, or to ordinary disagreements between the parties.
