Founder & Coach
Improving my health improved how I performed at work, at home and throughout my life.
Drop Protocol & Vitality was built from that experience, and structured so busy professionals never have to guess their way through it.
About Drop Protocol & Vitality
Built from Experience. Designed for Real Life.
Drop Protocol & Vitality was founded by a husband, father and seasoned professional who spent years building a demanding corporate career in operations and sales, and experienced firsthand how difficult it is to balance that career, a family and personal health.
Rather than accept the decline that so often comes with a full calendar, he spent several years educating himself about fitness, nutrition, supplementation, biomarkers, recovery, health, performance and vitality, and then applied that knowledge to his own life.
The result: he lost excess weight, improved important biomarkers, became stronger and built a healthier foundation. And he discovered something that changed everything: improving his health improved how he performed at work, at home and throughout his life.
Drop Protocol & Vitality exists to bring that same structured, data-informed, real-world approach to other busy professionals, with the coaching, accountability and personalization that generic programs never deliver.
Our Philosophy
There is no universal protocol. Start with the person. Then build the strategy.
Health isn't the end goal. It's the foundation for everything else. When your energy, strength and vitality improve, every part of your life improves with them. That's why real life is part of the protocol: your plan has to survive your calendar, not the other way around.
How We Work
Coaching Built Around Your Life
- Real biomarker data, not guesswork
- Plans built around your schedule and preferences
- Weekly scheduled check-ins and honest feedback
- Adjustments based on how your body responds
- Clear structure across 90-day cycles
- Sustainable habits that last beyond the program
Drop Protocol & Vitality provides coaching, education and lifestyle guidance, not medical care. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and we do not provide medical advice. Decisions requiring medical supervision should be made with an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.
